Pehchaan Photobooths

Photo and data policy.

Photos belong to the guests.

Photos taken in the booth are printed for the guest and belong to the guest. School event photos are taken only with school and parent consent. Sample strips on this site use labelled colour blocks, never real children.

What this site stores.

Designing a strip happens on your device. When you copy a share link, the design and any crest or logo you uploaded are stored so the link works for whoever you send it to. Crests are re-encoded to a small PNG with camera and location data removed. A shared design carries no name, phone number or email.

Enquiries and requests.

Enquiry details are kept to answer your enquiry and plan the event, and are not shared with third parties. No analytics scripts, pixels or advertising trackers run on this site. The full wording of this policy, including retention and deletion requests, is being finalised.
